At Haven Yoga, we offer a meditation course that includes 6 meditation sessions spread over 8 weeks. Each session has a specific focus that improves the wellness of your mind, body and spirit. At an hour-long the weekly classes allow for one-on-one coaching and are designed for people of all abilities and level of experience. We cover many different types of meditation with the intention of you finding the best modality to suit your own preference and lifestyle.

This course is available face to face or online. if you sign up for online the link will be visible 30 minutes before the class starts and the handouts will be emailed to you prior.
