Yoga is for everyone! Beginner’s yoga and yoga for anyone wanting to get back into their practice. A 6-session yoga course, spread over 3 weeks. Each session has a specific focus that will help you to awaken your inner joy and bring strength, health and resilience to your body, mind and soul. It gives people new to yoga the chance to try it out and determine what type of yoga suits them. It gives people who have lapsed in their yoga practice the chance to get back into the flow of things.
