Those who have the desire to sit in community with individuals dedicated to their own path of personal development, this is your calling. We no longer call this class a "woman's circle" because of the spectrum of gender that exists. But the primary purpose is to support and uplift the feminine. This is great for people who are looking to feel seen and heard. It is also a supportive community for those who are experiencing life transitions such as moving, a break up, a new job, or celebrating beginnings. The class format includes journal reflection,  sharing within the circle, meditation, and a theme of the week.
