It’s time to do a little mental spring cleaning!

After a long winter you deserve to refresh and reconnect with yourself. Invest in a little self care with Green Yoga. A yoga & meditation day camp hosted by Melissa Harland.

Discover the rejuvenating powers of nature at Fort Worth’s Nature Center & Refuge. Enjoy a walking meditation through nature as well as two different expertly lead yoga classes with lunch to follow.

Equipment not included: Please provide your own yoga mat & any props you think might you might need. (blocks, blanket, strap etc...

Also we will be outside, so I strongly recommend that you bring sunscreen, bug spray & water.

-9:30am Morning Yoga Flow (We will day off right with intention, efficient movement, and mindful breathwork.)
-10:30am Moving Meditation ( A pleasurable stroll through nature where we will deepen our connection with the body & the earth.
-11:30am Calming Yoga Flow ( A short restorative sequence to help solidify our work and prepare our bodies to receive nutrients.
12pm Lunch ( a light clean meal to cleanse the liver & increase vitality.)
