DESCRIPTION: Rise & Shine yoga is a 45 minutes yoga class that will set the tone for the rest of the day. We will start with a clear intention that will help us to stay centred throughout our practice on and off the matt, followed by a slow but powerful routine that will leave you with that relaxed, focused feeling, fresh, empowered,  and ready for a kick ass day. 
Easy to follow, learn basic exercises that you can integrate into your yoga routine at home.
Join us for the 5 classes, or as a drop in class. As you wish.
