It’s Time to Give Yourself a Break!

Two longtime yoga trainers and Coaches reveal how to relieve stress, and promote relaxation through the practices of presence, yoga and somatic work.

This workshop is great for you if you:
• Struggle with making time to take care of yourself and put
everyone else’s needs before your own.
• Measure your self-worth by your productivity and feel that
you haven’t worked hard enough to deserve to rest.
• Live with a sense of urgency and anxiety, and feel guilty for slowing down,
resting and relaxing.
• Feel exhausted by the machine pace of life and want to explore a
more relaxed way of living.

• Simple strategies to regulate your nervous system and shift in more inner peace.
• How to move towards a state of mental and physical relaxation.

• Calming breathing practice, you can use to prevent from feeling stressed or anxious.
