SECTION 1 - YOGA CLASSES
All sales for yoga class passes and memberships are final – no refunds.
Monthly Unlimited Auto-Renew Policy
This package is a minimum 4-month initial commitment with automatic billing every 30 days. A 30-day written notification is required to pause or cancel the auto-renew. If cancellation notification is not given the monthly automatic billing continues.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
All workshop purchases are FINAL. NO REFUNDS will be provided for cancellations. However, a credit to your account is available up until 5 days before the start date of the workshop. No credits will be provided after that time.
Class Series Cancellation Policy
Class series expire on the las day of the series. Unused portions due to student absence are NOT available for future use, refund, or transfer.
**Payment for these services by credit card will be processed in Canadian Dollars at the time of purchase. The Healing Loft is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates of additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Sales Tax
The Healing Loft, is located in Timmins, Ontario, Canada all purchases will be taxed with the 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) as applicable. Customers
