DESCRIPTION: Spring Yin "poke the bear" practice. It’s a gentle intro thru yin to the Kapha Dosha.

Spring is the time of renewal, rejuvenation and rebirth. We are emerging from hibernation of yin energy. In this practice we meddle and poke and begin to wake up the Kapha Dosha, hydrate and flush the gallbladder and liver. This Dosha, is slow, cold and soft.
Our practice brings awareness to the lightness.
