Megan is one of our dedicated yoga teachers and a proud graduate of our RYT 200 program. She first discovered yoga as a vital tool for navigating the demands of a high-stress career, quickly realizing how profoundly a consistent practice could nurture both mental clarity and physical well-being.
Her personal experience fuels her passion for teaching in our community. Megan believes in the transformative power of yoga, not just as a form of exercise, but as a holistic practice that builds strength, enhances flexibility, and fosters a deeper connection to oneself. Whether guiding students on the mat or encouraging mindfulness in everyday life, she strives to create classes that are welcoming, empowering, and restorative, helping each student cultivate resilience, balance, and inner calm.

Strengthen your body and recalibrate your nervous system in this comprehensive Vinyasa Flow experience.
This dynamic class uses intentional sequencing to help you move through stagnation, release stored tension, and cultivate a sense of steady, quiet confidence that lasts long after you leave the mat.
We integrate the whole body with a balanced mix of grounding floor work, standing balances, and heart-opening backbends to build a resilient, capable physique.
The physical effort concludes with a transition into total stillness. As you settle into Savasana, you will be immersed in a curated sound bath. The sound frequencies work to down-regulate your nervous system, washing away residual mental chatter and anchoring you into a state of profound peace.
