DESCRIPTION: This is a one-hour gentle flow yoga class that is centered around a theme and scriptures related to the theme.  There will be some meditation to go along with the gentle flowing yoga- all centered around scriptures.  These classes will take place once a month, the third Sunday evening of each month.  The cost is $10 for the class. No prior yoga experience required- Beginner friendly!
