DESCRIPTION: Join us for a unique gathering on Sunday May 21 from 1 to 4 pm at THE SPACE @ Aura Arcana.

This experience is about taking the time to play and connect with your inner child.  Let's activate your childlike playfulness through yoga and painting to reawaken your innate creative and intuitive qualities.
A lovely Tibetan sound healing session allows for the release of blocked energy and emotions creates a  re-balancing effect.

Join this special 3 hour retreat to share space in our unique community in the Old City Quarter, Nanaimo.  Our time together will include gentle yoga, Tibetan sound healing, intuitive painting, journaling, meditation and sharing.

The EXCHANGE is $88.
