DESCRIPTION: Join us for playful Kids Yoga at One Tribe Yoga in north Nanaimo.
This one hour class is inspired by nature and the animal like qualities of postures. Activating the innate curiosity and wonder of children, we explore playful movement while learning the basics of yoga.

Yoga is a journey of self exploration and each child is unique with their own curiosities and abilities to discover. They are encouraged to experience class in ways that feels comfortable for them. 

Class is suitable for 6 to 10 year olds.
Please share anything we need to know to make this a fun and safe experience for your child.  Your child will need a mat and a bottle of water.
