DESCRIPTION: Do you love yoga and wish you could share it with your little one? Would you like to carve out a little time to do something together?

This is playful, easy going kids yoga, where the parent/carer and preschooler join in together. Kids yoga is generally themed around a story or nature-based theme and includes breathing, physical yoga postures and movement, and relaxation.

The parent/carer is required to be present for the duration of the class.

Mini yoga mats are provided for the preschoolers.
Parents/carers will need to bring a yoga mat. You may also wish to bring a cushion if this helps you to be more comfortable sitting on the floor.
