DESCRIPTION: Ahhhh, time for a pause in your day. 

Come and ease your body from top to toe, releasing tension, finding steadiness, and promoting a sense of calm. Enjoy a guided relaxation to help you restore and re-set.  

This calming, gentle hatha yoga class is for all abilities and beginners are welcome. 

This class is intended for adults, however Helen teaches to all age groups and may be able to include older teens in this session. Please contact Helen before booking if you are under 18 and wish to join the class. 

You will need to bring your own yoga mat.

Other optional things you may like to bring: 
•	a cushion and/or some yoga blocks
•	a blanket or cover to make the relaxation super comfy
