Preparing women in body and mind for Pregnancy and Birth. These classes will feel sumptuous and pampering while being informative and educational.
The classes will run on alternate Sundays.

* Birthing positions & Birth breathing exercises
* Yoga Nidra - a soft and gentle yogic hypnosis
* Be part of the local mummy community and make new friends
* Ongoing pregnancy support in between classes
