A challenging and dynamic class with focus on strength and flexibility in a meditative flow. The class is built up in blocks which are then put together into a flow which makes it easy to follow. We do yoga to powerful music where we change tempo during the course of the class. 
Sweat, brain training and presence are promised here. A different vinyasa class for those who want to try something new.
