DESCRIPTION: In Yinyoga Mindfulness you get the best of both worlds. The body becomes more flexible and the mind is trained in presence! The exercises are individually adapted and can be carried out by everyone. Perfect for both beginners and seasoned yoga practitioners. Sitting and lying positions that are held so that you reach a comfortable relaxation.
Yin yoga is also an excellent complement to any other exercise. We work on stretching out the connective tissue (facshian) in the body, which makes us more flexible. At the same time we improve body awareness.
Result: A more flexible body, a calmer mind and filled with Qi (life energy).
