A playful but grounding class that sets the tone to start the weekend right. This is a slower, more grounding class built on a gentle warm up followed by a series of sun salutations, a standing and seated sequence, final relaxation and ending with rejuvenating breathwork. The class might include longer holds, thorough instructions to build a solid foundation to both beginners and advanced practitioners as well as breathwork and meditation to constitute a complete practice.
