Inside Flow is a dynamic flowing yoga where we move to the beat of music. During the class we learn a pre- choreographed sequence that is specially designed to fit a specific song that we then flow for couple of rounds at the end of the class. A session where yoga and music meet in a beautiful flow. Experience a whole new way of practicing yoga that is spreading like wildfire all over the world!
