Pilates for Women&#039;s Health Class 💖

In this fundamental Pilates class specifically designed for women in perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause (40s, 50s &amp; 60s), we go &#039;BACK TO BASICS&#039; and strengthen from the inside-out.

Bianca draws on her 12+ years&#039; experience working with real women&#039;s bodies to both challenge and inspire you!

This beginner-intermediate level mat class will support you with:
🔥 Pain related to the onset of menopause, including joint, back, shoulder and hip pain
🦴 Your bone health &amp; balance, and help prevent osteopenia and osteoporosis (which affects more than 80% women)
🌺 Pelvic floor health and abdominal training tailored for women, including Women who are more than 1-year post postpartum
🧘 Your mental health including moods and the impact of stress on your overall wellbeing

➡️ Gently arrive to 10-15 minutes before class if you&#039;d like to share with Bianca anything in particular about your health journey
➡️ Pilates is not a quick fix and for this reason, regular attendance in this class is recommended to see the best results
