DESCRIPTION: Join us for a lovely yoga and meditation hike at Sawmill Reservoir where you will get to explore and experience the beauty of nature and indulge in its power of healing. You will park in a designated area at which our class will meet. We will start the class with some light breathing exercises and stretches, and then walk/hike to the reservoir. Here we will focus on beginner yoga stretches and deep breathing techniques. I will educate you on some mediation methods that you can take home with you. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, or blanket, as well as snacks or lunch for after our session. Wear appropriate shoes and attire based on the weather. If weather is not permitting we will reschedule the class for the following week, on the same day and at the same time. I look forward to hosting you on this healing adventure.
