Honouring the energy of this New Moon we will practice to feel your own potential and set the appropriate intentions to support that. 

Following Yin Style Yoga that us slow paced, a more meditative version and spiritual fashion of yoga. 


It consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.


After the Yin Yoga Class:

The New Moon Cacao Ceremony is held by Carolin Dietrich, former olympic athlete, now Intuitive concept developper and Cacao Priestess.  


This special class has an additional cost of 5€ for members. 

It costs 25€ for non-members.
