DESCRIPTION: With a base of Hatha Yoga, following the Vinyasa Krama sequencing structure, this class is a flow rather than longer holds. From one pose to another the body moves gently and slowly almost as a continuous moving meditation. We enjoy at the end a breathing exercise and still meditation.
