Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness, a system to create healing and expansion in body, mind and spirit.
We practice Kriya sets which are a series of yoga poses designed to create a certain effect. The Kriyas will be different from week to week to focus on particular healing requirements.
We then practice a meditation which will go hand in hand with the Kriya to bring a effect which can only be realised by experience.
Sometimes challenging, always rewarding.
