I’m a yoga teacher, goldsmith, and singer. After experiencing an injury and chronic illness at a young age, I became deeply interested in the body and in developing body awareness. I believe healing starts with feeling — “you have to feel it to heal it.” By following my body’s wisdom as a guide, I not only overcame my challenges but also rediscovered my passions. Now I love helping others feel more free and comfortable in their own bodies.
I’m trained in several yoga styles, including Yin, Vinyasa Flow, and Iyengar Yoga — a style especially suited for people with injuries, stiffness, or older bodies.

Een restorative yogales waarin je hoofd mag verstillen en je zenuwstelsel weer tot rust mag komen.
In deze les help ik je diep te ontspannen door middel van milde, langdurige houdingen waarin jij je volledig gedragen voelt. In combinatie met oefeningen die je zenuwstelsel helpen reguleren, kom je in de herstelstand – het parasympathische zenuwstelsel – waardoor je meer rust in je hoofd ervaart, dieper ontspant en beter slaapt.
Deze les is zeer geschikt voor mensen die herstellen van de gevolgen van een burn-out, chronische vermoeidheid, slapeloosheid of langdurige stress.

In this class, I guide you into deep relaxation through gentle, long-held postures in which you feel fully supported. Combined with nervous system regulation practices, your body shifts into its rest-and-digest state—the parasympathetic nervous system—allowing you to experience greater mental calm, deep relaxation, and more restful sleep.
This class is especially suitable for anyone recovering from burnout, chronic fatigue, insomnia, or prolonged stress.
