DESCRIPTION: ***Please be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before the lesson, we meet at the front door. Bring your own yoga mat and, if you wish, a blanket for Savasana*** This is a shared work space.

This Vinyasa practice is meant to be relatively fast and strong to allow you complete relaxation by the end of the lesson.
You will be guided through a flow to promote strength, flexibility and mindful awareness.

Please note: spots can be reserved up to 1 hour before the lesson begins!

Variations are offered to include most levels of fitness. Not sure if this class is for you? Feel free to get in touch via: namaste@houseofonlineyoga.com

If you book a lesson and have to cancel, please make sure to do so up to 2 hours before class begins, so others may be able to claim your spot instead :) After that time, cancellation will not be possible.
