DESCRIPTION: On the last Sunday of every month come along for our unique sound healing sessions. All you need to do is arrive, get comfortable and get ready for some relaxation. Every month it will be hosted by either Sarah or Gillian and will have a unique spin each time. You will be encouraged to allow yourself to be in the moment therefore nourish your nervous system whilst being immersed in beautiful sounds like drums, crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, gongs and so much more. Sound is a magnificent healer and a wonderful added tool for self love and care.
