Our goal in these classes is to relax and restore, with a blend of Yin and Restorative Yoga.  We often live at a busy, fast pace and don't usually get the time to just be in our bodies. This wonderful yoga guides you to find space in the body where there once wasn't any and helps you to calm the nervous system leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
