We’ll begin by creating your own solstice candle, infused with crystals and essential oils, setting personal intentions for the season ahead. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing meditation and sound bath, allowing you to fully absorb and integrate the energy of this powerful time of year.

This will be a gentle, nurturing space to pause, reflect, and realign.
