60 minute Hot Flow, incorporating elements of Hatha and Vinyasa while learning to connect to your breath.

Leave the mat feeling invigorated after working your entire body and building up a sweat.

Although a more challenging practise, it is suitable for all levels.

Come along and sweat it out 🔥

You will need a mat, a towel and a bottle of water.
(You can borrow a mat if needed.)
