Step into an exploration of presence, stillness, and inner balance. Each Friday evening, we gather for one hour of guided meditation practice designed to both ground and uplift.

Whether you are completely new to meditation or have already begun to cultivate your practice, this series offers a supportive space to go deeper. You’ll experience a variety of approaches—breath awareness, body connection, visualisation, and gentle mindfulness techniques—each building on the last, helping you discover what truly resonates for you.

Build confidence in your ability to sit with stillness, and carry these tools into daily life—ways to reset, release stress, and reconnect to what matters most.
