Utilising the traditional mat exercises developed by Joseph Pilates our Pilates mat classes focus on stabilising the core, improving posture and strengthening the total body!

Working on mobility and flexibility, will improve your natural range of motion and will remove stiffness all around your body.

These classes use only your body weight to strengthen and tone the body. Easy to practice it everywhere you like as you would need only a mat!
