DESCRIPTION: This is an exam class of our trainees that finished the Pilates Teacher Training Course. We will open the doors to students on their last day of the course. Your support is highly appreciated. 

Utilising the traditional mat exercises developed by Joseph Pilates in a creative way, our Pilates mat classes focus on stabilising the core, improving posture and strengthening the total body!

Working on mobility and flexibility, will improve your natural range of motion and will remove stiffness all around your body.

These classes use only your body weight to strengthen and tone the body. Easy to practice it everywhere you like as you would need only a mat!

Level: Open Level. During the classes, different options of the exercise will be offered from the beginner level to the advanced one.
