DESCRIPTION: After attending our intensive Pilates Teacher Training Course, Serena and Ilona will be happy to share their first session as trainers with you. 

Utilising the traditional mat exercises developed by Joseph Pilates our Pilates mat classes focus on stabilising the core, improving posture and strengthening the total body!

Working on mobility and flexibility, will improve your natural range of motion and will remove stiffness all around your body.
