Utilising the traditional mat exercises developed by Joseph Pilates our Pilates mat classes focus on stabilising the core, improving posture and strengthening the total body! Working on mobility and flexibility, will improve your natural range of motion and will remove stiffness all around your body. These classes use your body weight and the “Pilates Magic Ring” which is a small prop made from soft metal that allows it to bend slightly while providing firm resistance. This helps one to condition the body safely and get a toned, lean body faster.
