We are beyond excited to come together and bring you a day retreat dedicated to lighting you up, connecting with a like-hearted community, and embracing all that you are.

The liminal days toward the end of a year provide a potent space for reflection, where we can pause to honour the challenges we’ve moved through, to celebrate the wins, and listen deeply to the longings that our hearts are beckoning us toward in the year ahead. This is the container that Illuminate will lovingly offer.

Every part of this day retreat will be curated to support you in recognizing your inherent worthiness, radiance, and absolute birthright to express, create and be wholeheartedly YOU.

What to expect:
- Gentle farm walk/earthing
- A cacao gathering nestled in an enchanted forest!
- Guidance and prompts for journaling/self-reflection
- Yoga, somatics, meditation, and embodiment practices to resource, release, and replenish.
- Free movement! (we know, this one can be a little scary, but we promise it will be nurturing, supportive, playful, and fully permissive)
- Art and creativity, in a judgment-free space, to bring your desire to life.
- Guided relaxation and restoration
- Locally grown, wholefood lunch and snacks lovingly prepared by Ainslie.
- A self-care goodie bag
