Come and join me for a free, 75 minute prenatal yoga class where you will connect with your breath, body, and baby. As a practicing Labour and Delivery RN, Childbirth Educator, Mom, and now soon to be certified Prenatal Yoga instructor, I look forward to using yoga as a platform to help you find mobility, strength and release in pregnancy and childbirth, while sprinkling in education along the way. Please note, I am completing my Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training through the renowned Prenatal Yoga Center in New York and this class will be filmed and submitted for my teaching (not you!) to be evaluated. The video will then be deleted and not used for any other purposes.
