DESCRIPTION: We are offering our first Mom and Baby Yoga Session and inviting you and  your baby (back) to our little studio! The session consists of 5 classes, held weekly,  in which you will explore gentle movement while connecting with your baby. This is also an opportunity to meet other new mothers and their little ones and feel a sense of community as you navigate this new stage in your life. Yoga experience is not necessary and feeding, changing diapers, consoling crying babies is all part of this class so please no worries!
Babies newborn-crawling.
$80/session.
Thursdays April 6th - May 4th, 11am - 12pm.
You just need to book in for April 6th and you will automatically be registered for all 5 classes.
(If the session does not fill, "drop-in" spots will be made available closer to the start date)
