DESCRIPTION: We are offering a Mom and Baby Yoga Session and inviting you and your baby (back) to our little studio! The session consists of 5 classes, held weekly, in which you will explore gentle movement while connecting with your baby. This is also an opportunity to meet other new mothers and their little ones and feel a sense of community as you navigate this new stage in your life. Yoga experience is not necessary and feeding, changing diapers, consoling crying babies is all part of this class so please no worries!

$80/session.
Thursdays May 25th - June 29th (please note: no class on June 15th) 
Update: June 22nd's class will be held on June 23rd instead, 11am - 12pm
You just need to book in for May 25th and you will automatically be registered for all 5 classes. 
(The session will run will minimally 3, maximum 7 mom-baby pairs. If the session does not fill, "drop-in" spots will be made available closer to the start date)
