DESCRIPTION: This Mom and Baby Yoga session consists of 4 classes, held weekly, in which you will explore gentle movement while connecting with your baby. This is also an opportunity to meet other new mothers and their little ones and feel a sense of community as you navigate this new stage in your life. Yoga experience is not necessary and feeding, changing diapers, consoling crying babies is all part of this class so no worries!

You just need to book in for November 30th you will automatically be registered for all 4 classes.
(The session will run with minimally 4, maximum 7 mom-baby pairs)
