DESCRIPTION: I love attending Breanna's yoga classes myself and I am beyond thrilled she agreed to cover some classes at our little studio, while I am away to welcome a new grandbaby. Her poetic eloquence makes each practice uniquely meaningful.
Breanna is a mama to two and offers a heart led, deeply nurturing approach to teaching. Her classes are grounded in attentive alignment, mindful movement, breath, and meditation, while honouring the wisdom of each body. Informed by her lived experience of motherhood, Breanna creates supportive spaces where students feel safe to listen inward and move with care and confidence. Deeply inspired by the rhythms of the seasons and the interconnectedness of life, her classes create space for practitioners to attune to their inner intelligence and express it with greater freedom on and off the mat.
