DESCRIPTION: We are offering another Mom and Baby Yoga Session and inviting you and your baby (back) to our little studio! This session consists of 4 classes, held weekly, in which you will explore gentle movement while connecting with your baby. This is also an opportunity to meet other new mothers and their little ones and feel a sense of community as you navigate this new stage in your life. Yoga experience is not necessary and feeding, changing diapers, consoling babies is all part of this class so please no worries!

$70/session.
Tuesdays September 10 - October 1st, 11am -12pm
You just need to book in for Sept 10th and you will automatically be registered for all 4 classes.
(The session will run with minimally 4, maximum 7 mom-baby pairs)
