DESCRIPTION: In Traditional Chinese Medicine Winter is a time of the Water Element. Its is a time to regroup and conserve our energy, to settle the waters to create clarity where we might direct our energy,  come the Spring time. 
This 4 hours immersion is a retreat for the Soul. Releasing the constant busy-ness of life&#039;s stressors &amp;amp; fears that we are not enough. Resting and restoring the body and mind, reducing cortisol(stress hormone) while increasing dopamine &amp;amp; serotonin (happy hormones) 
Gentle yoga poses to reflect the flow of movement and Yin yoga to reflect the stillness in contrast. Each have strength,  purpose and beauty, which mirrors you perfectly.
11am-3pm a light lunch provided
