DESCRIPTION: It is said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra meditation is equivalent of 4 hours sleep. This is a full guided meditation, all there is for you to do is to lay comfortably and settle blissfully into the gentle tone of Jens voice and float deeper into that sense of peace within. What a great way move into the New Year. 
Set an intention called a sankalpa, which may improve your outlook and give you direction. When stated to the self in Yoga Nidra practice, a sankalapa can be very deeply seeded in the mind.
