DESCRIPTION: Jen is celebrating 10 years of Business & being here to teach, healthy & thriving after  her own journey through cancer in 2020.  She is dedicating a meditation for Charity to Cancer funds going to 'Look Good Feel Better' Facing cancer with confidence. This organisation offers workshops and support for people going through cancer which helps them to connect with others and to build their confidence through simple beauty techniques, supporting them emotionally. 
 Jen has recently committed to donating 1 free virtual Qigong class a month to this organisation and this opportunity seemed to flow on beautifully with this event. Please join us in person or virtually
