DESCRIPTION: This is the original Mini Yoga Retreat of the Adelaide Hills, running now for 10 years!  Offering two hours of blissful restorative yoga, this retreat will leave you feeling rested & restored.  This is a floor based practice, and uses yoga props to support the body and mind into absolute surrender. Suitable for all bodies, including injury and pregnancy. The experience will end with a guided relaxation. A delicious bliss ball will be waiting for you as you leave. 

Please bring a mat, blanket, bolster and blocks. Don't have these items, please let us know and they can be provided (no additional charge). An eye pillow is a nice option if you have one.
