DESCRIPTION: Scheduled monthly on a Thursday 7-8.15pm, this immersion is designed with relaxation and rest in mind! This 75 minute class is floor based and fully supported by yoga props to encourage deep relaxation and release from the body and a settling of the nervous system. There will be some soothing breath practices and nourishing guided relaxation.This is class can be booked on a class pass or casually for $25.
