DESCRIPTION: 🌟This is a free come and try class, as we explore the appetite for a regular and ongoing Yin class.
🌟Yin yoga is mostly floor based and focuses on opening the body, through prolonged and intentional postures. Within the practice there is invitation for breath awareness and stillness which anchors the experience of yin more deeply. 
🌟 Suitable for everyone, no prior yoga experience needed. 
🌟Please bring a yoga mat and blanket
