This is a gentle and slow paced class, suitable for all abilities.

Focusing on the foundations of Mat based pilates, this class will build strength and challenge you. Using fundamental movements, each class will build the experience in a way that can be physically integrated in a safe and supportive way. The class will end with a guided stretch series, targeting release of the muscles used in class.

Please bring a thick mat for use. All other equipment is provided.

This is a slow and gentle class that is floor based. Suitable for all bodies and particularly supportive for those with limitations, injuries or any mobility issues.

Gentle and slow mostly floor based class that will leave you feeling, stretched restored and relaxed. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket.
