Gentle and slow mostly floor based class that will leave you feeling, stretched restored and relaxed. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket.

Welcome to an evening of Bliss by candlelight. The Stretch & Restore retreat will guide you gently and slowly through a series of Yin poses which will open and stretch the body. Designed to create length, mobility and space in the body, Yin is the experience you don't want to miss. The retreat will end with a guided relaxation to integrate the experience in the mind and body. You will leave with a delicious bliss ball!

Suitable for all bodies, beginners and pregnancy. This is a floor based class that relies on the use of yoga props to support the body in each of the poses.

Please bring a mat, blanket, bolster and blocks if you have them. If not, please let us know and we can supply them for you (no additional charge). An eye pillow is a nice option if you have one.
